When a Sprinter beats four sedans: group travel maths for the GTA
Fourteen seats, one pickup and one fare against four cars and four chauffeurs - where the crossover actually sits for GTA group transport.

The crossover is lower than people think
Most groups default to splitting across cars because it feels flexible. From about six passengers, an executive van or Sprinter is usually cheaper per head than the equivalent sedans, and it removes the coordination problem entirely - one pickup point, one arrival, one vehicle to find afterwards.
Luggage is the constraint, not seats
A vehicle rated for seven passengers is not rated for seven passengers with seven large cases. Airport groups should size on luggage first and seats second. Our fleet page lists both figures for every class, and they are maximum loads - if your group is at the limit on both, move up a class.
Where groups actually use them
Conference shuttle programmes, wedding guest transfers, fan groups heading to Scotiabank Arena or BMO Field, Niagara wine tours and corporate roadshows that need tables and power between stops.
A Sprinter is a moving meeting room
The executive conversion is the point: captain seating, work tables and power throughout. For a team travelling from Toronto to Kitchener or Hamilton for a plant visit, the ninety minutes each way becomes working time rather than lost time.
For twenty-plus, go to a coach
Above roughly twenty passengers the answer is a mini coach or motor coach with a luggage bay and, on the larger vehicles, an onboard washroom. For a wedding guest transfer or a staff move to Blue Mountain, one coach beats a convoy on cost, coordination and carbon.
