Hourly chauffeur service for meetings: how many hours to actually book
Working out the right hourly block for a multi-stop business day in the GTA - minimums, overtime, garage time, and why booking one hour short is the expensive option.

Count the gaps, not the meetings
People size an hourly booking by adding up meeting times. The car is not paid for the meetings, it is paid for the whole block, and the block is set by the first pickup and the last drop. Three one-hour meetings across the GTA is not three hours; with driving and buffers it is closer to seven. Size it honestly at the start and there are no surprises.
The minimums, plainly
Sedans, SUVs, stretch limousines and economy vans carry a three-hour minimum. Executive vans, stretch SUV limousines, coaches and party buses carry five. Travel time between our garage and your first pickup may be billed in thirty-minute increments. Those figures are on our hourly service page and restated in the terms - they are not negotiated per booking.
Overtime is the expensive way to buy an hour
Run past your reserved block and overtime is charged to the next full hour, plus the usual gratuity, tax and surcharges. Booking the extra hour up front is materially cheaper than discovering you needed it at 5pm. If your day genuinely might end at four or at six, book to six - we would rather release time than bill overtime, and we will tell you that when you call.
What the chauffeur can do with the full itinerary
Given the whole day in advance, a chauffeur pre-positions between stops, finds the loading entrance rather than circling the block, and can tell you at two o'clock that the four o'clock stop needs to move. Given one address at a time, they can only react. Send the itinerary the day before - it is the highest-value thing you can do for a multi-stop day.
When hourly is the wrong answer
One pickup and one destination with a known time is cheaper as a point-to-point transfer. A single airport run is cheaper as an airport transfer with flight monitoring included. Hourly earns its cost from the second stop onward, and from any day where the end time is genuinely unknown.

The rest of the trip, booked in one place
We are partnered with BookingWorldwide.net for flights, hotels, resorts, activities, packages and car rentals — so the chauffeur at this end and everything at the far end can be arranged together.
