Airport Limo Service in the Greater Toronto Area
Flight-monitored airport transfers across the Greater Toronto Area. We track the tail number, adjust for the delay before you land, and meet you where you actually come out.
How an airport transfer with us works
Give us the flight number at booking and the trip runs off the airline's own arrival feed. If the flight is 90 minutes late, the chauffeur is 90 minutes later - you are not paying for waiting time the airline caused. If it lands early, the car is already there.
Curbside or inside the terminal
Curbside pickup is the default and the fastest way out of Pearson. If you would rather be met inside - a first visit to Toronto, an unaccompanied minor, a client you want greeted properly - add meet and greet and the chauffeur will be at the arrivals door with a name board, help with the bags and walk you to the car.
Departures
For departures we build in the buffer the route and the hour actually need. A 6am pickup in Oakville for a 9am departure out of Pearson is a different calculation from a 4pm pickup in Markham, and we quote the pickup time accordingly rather than applying a flat rule.
Flight monitoring, and why it changes the price conversation
Every airport booking is tied to the flight number, and the arrival is tracked live. A delay moves your pickup instead of accruing waiting time, and a diversion is handled by dispatch rather than by you on a phone in a terminal. This is the single feature that separates a chauffeur booking from hailing a car on arrival, and it is why we ask for the flight number rather than a time.
Which airport you should actually be using
Most GTA traffic is Pearson, but it is not always the right answer. Downtown business travellers on regional routes are usually faster out of Billy Bishop. West-end passengers often do better from Hamilton. Leisure travellers on US domestic routes frequently save more at Buffalo than the car costs both ways. Waterloo Region has YKF fifteen minutes away. We will tell you which one suits your trip, including when the answer costs us the longer fare.

Curbside or meet and greet
Curbside is the default and the fastest way out. Meet and greet puts the chauffeur inside arrivals with a name board and includes terminal parking in the supplement - worth it for a first visit, a very long flight, an unaccompanied minor, or a client whose first impression matters. For a frequent flyer who knows the terminal, it is money you do not need to spend.
Departures: how the pickup time is set
There is no flat rule, and any operator quoting one is guessing. The calculation runs on your exact address, the terminal, the airline, whether you are checking bags, whether the flight is domestic, transborder or international, and the hour the route will actually be driven. From Oakville to Terminal 1 for a 6am transatlantic departure is a completely different sum from Markham to Terminal 3 at 2pm.
Winter, and what a chauffeur cannot fix
From December to March we quote earlier pickups for the same flights and default to SUVs from the escarpment and hill areas. What no operator controls is the de-icing queue, which can add two hours to a departure while the road journey went perfectly. Travel as planned, arrive early, and sort the schedule out with the airline inside the terminal rather than from a car park. More in the winter airport guide.
Booking for someone else
A large share of airport work is booked by an assistant, a family member or a travel desk for someone else. Give us the passenger's mobile number as well as your own, tell us whether they should be contacted directly, and add the flight number. The chauffeur then messages the traveller, not the booker, which is what everybody actually wants at one in the morning.
Waiting time, stated plainly
On arrivals the clock runs from touchdown, not from the scheduled time, and there is a complimentary grace period - shorter for domestic flights, longer for international, because international passengers have customs to clear. Beyond that it is billed in increments and the exact allowance is on your trip confirmation. Because we monitor the flight, a delayed arrival moves the pickup rather than generating a charge; the waiting clock exists for the time after you have landed and cleared, not for the airline's problems.
Cancellations and changes
Plans change and flights get rebooked. Tell us as early as you can and a change is usually just a change; the cancellation terms and the notice window are stated on your confirmation before you pay, not discovered afterwards. What we ask in return is that you tell us rather than not travelling - a car sent to an empty address at four in the morning helps nobody. See our terms.
Child seats on airport runs
Ontario requires appropriate restraints for children by age, height and weight, and we supply and fit infant, convertible and booster seats when you tell us the details at booking. This matters most on airport trips because airlines cannot be relied upon to return a gate-checked seat where and when you need it. The child safety seats page sets out what we carry.
Accessibility, mobility and passengers who need help
If a passenger uses a wheelchair or walker, needs help boarding, or is travelling after a medical procedure, tell us at booking and we assign an appropriate vehicle and allow the chauffeur the time to help properly. A Sprinter or SUV with a low step is far easier than a sedan, and it costs nothing to say so in advance - whereas discovering it at the curb costs everyone.
