Hamilton limo service
Hamilton's airport, a base for low-cost carriers and a significant cargo hub, and a genuinely quicker option than Pearson for anyone in the west end of the GTA.
Getting there
The 403 to the Lincoln Alexander Parkway is the usual route from Oakville, Burlington and Mississauga. From central Toronto allow an hour outside peak, and considerably more if you are crossing the city first.
Why fly from Hamilton
Parking is cheaper and security queues are shorter than at Pearson. For passengers in Burlington, Oakville, Milton or Hamilton itself, the shorter drive and faster terminal frequently save more time than the flight schedule costs.
Early departures
Low-cost schedules out of Hamilton often depart very early. Book the car the night before rather than the morning of, and we will confirm the pickup time against your actual departure.
Serving Hamilton and the surrounding area
We collect from and deliver to every municipality in the Greater Toronto Area. The areas below are the most frequent pickups for this airport.
Why west-end travellers should check Hamilton first
John C. Munro Hamilton International is a base for low-cost carriers and a significant cargo hub, and for anyone in Burlington, Oakville, Milton or Hamilton itself the maths often favours it over Pearson. Parking is cheaper, the terminal is small enough to move through quickly, and the drive is materially shorter. The saving is rarely in the airfare alone - it is in the ninety minutes you do not spend crossing the city and the queue you do not stand in.
The route, and what makes it slow
The 403 to the Lincoln Alexander Parkway is the usual approach from Halton, and the Linc is the part that decides the journey. From central Toronto allow an hour outside peak and considerably more if you are crossing the city first - which is the reason Hamilton makes sense from the west end and much less sense from Markham or Scarborough. The escarpment access roads are also the first thing to deteriorate in freezing rain.

Very early departures
Low-cost schedules out of Hamilton depart early - genuinely early, often before six. That means pickups at three or four in the morning, when there is no plan B if a car does not turn up. Book the night before rather than the morning of, confirm the pickup time against your actual departure rather than a rounded one, and expect us to suggest leaving slightly earlier than feels necessary. On those flights the cost of being late is the entire trip.
Cargo, charter and the other traffic
Hamilton handles substantial cargo and charter operations alongside scheduled passenger flights, which means the airport is busier than its passenger numbers suggest and the access roads carry heavy vehicles at odd hours. For business aviation, ramp-side pickup is arranged through the handler - send us the FBO and tail number. Details of the Ontario fields we cover are in the private aviation section.
Group travel and the charter market
Hamilton handles a meaningful share of Ontario's leisure charter traffic, which means group departures - sports teams, tour groups, family parties travelling together. For those, one Sprinter or mini-coach is materially better than a convoy of cars: everyone arrives at the same time, the luggage travels with the passengers, and there is one point of contact for the whole group. Tell us the headcount and the bag count and we will size it properly.
Parking, and the maths people forget
A fortnight of airport parking is a real cost, and at Pearson it is a significant one. Part of the case for a chauffeured transfer - to Hamilton or anywhere else - is that it removes parking entirely, along with the walk from a distant lot with cases at six in the morning and the search for the car at midnight two weeks later. For two or more travellers on a longer trip, the comparison is a lot closer than people assume.
Where our Hamilton passengers actually come from
The bulk of our Hamilton airport work originates in Burlington, Oakville, Milton and Hamilton itself, with a steady flow from Guelph and Cambridge when the schedule suits. From further east the maths stops working and Pearson wins. We will say which side of that line you are on rather than quoting whichever is longer.
