Wedding Limo Service in the Greater Toronto Area
Wedding transport across the GTA and Niagara - for the couple, the party, the parents and the guests who need to be at the church before the bride is.
We plan backwards from the ceremony
Give us the ceremony time and the venue and we build the schedule backwards: hair and makeup, the party's pickup, the parents, the couple, photographs, the reception. Every driver gets the same sheet, so nobody is waiting on a phone call to know where to be.
Guest transfers
If the ceremony and reception are not in the same place - a Toronto church and a Vaughan banquet hall, a Niagara-on-the-Lake winery and a hotel back in St. Catharines - shuttling guests in a mini coach removes the drink-driving question entirely and keeps the reception starting on time.
Photographs
Chauffeurs know the standard photo stops and how long they take. If you have a specific location in mind, tell us at booking and we will confirm access, parking and whether the light will be right at that hour.
Book the day, not the journeys
The most common and most expensive wedding transport mistake is booking three short hires - to the ceremony, to the photographs, to the reception - each of which carries a minimum and each of which risks running late into the next. A single continuous booking that holds the car from preparation through to the reception arrival is usually cheaper and always calmer. Weddings run behind; a car booked by the day absorbs that, and a car booked by the trip does not.
Which car, honestly
For the couple, a Rolls-Royce or a classic stretch saloon appears in the photographs and is worth the choice being deliberate. For the wedding party, a stretch SUV or a Sprinter moves everyone together in one vehicle, which matters more than it sounds on a schedule. For guests between hotel and venue, a mini-coach doing two runs beats a fleet of cars. Most weddings we run use two of these three, not one.

Dresses, timings and the practical details
A full gown needs a door aperture and a seat height that some vehicles do not have - it is a real constraint and worth naming when you book, not on the morning. Tell us the dress, the number in the party, whether there are elderly guests or a wheelchair to accommodate, and the exact addresses. And build a buffer into the ceremony leg: photographs overrun, everyone knows it, and the car should already have allowed for it.
Dates that commit early
Saturdays from June to September, and any date near a long weekend, are the ones that go first - frequently a year out for a specific car. A Rolls-Royce is a single vehicle and commits earliest of anything we operate. If a particular car matters to you, treat the transport booking as one of the early decisions rather than a late one. Venues across Niagara-on-the-Lake, Vaughan and Muskoka all peak on the same weekends.
Out-of-town guests and the airport leg
Families flying in are part of wedding transport even though nobody plans them as such. Give us the flight numbers and we monitor the arrivals - see airport transfers - and consider a hotel-to-venue shuttle rather than expecting guests to drive an unfamiliar route to a rural venue at night. It is the single change that most reduces the number of things that go wrong on the day.
Building the timeline backwards
The reliable way to plan wedding transport is to start at the ceremony time and work backwards: how long the photographs need, how long the drive takes at that hour on that day, how long it takes to get a wedding party into a car in formal dress - which is longer than anyone allows for. Then add a buffer. Every wedding we have run that went smoothly had a timeline built this way, and every one that did not had a schedule built forwards from when people hoped to leave.
Decorating the car, and what is fine
Ribbons and a bow on the bonnet are normal and welcome; tell us at booking and the chauffeur will fit them. What we ask you to avoid is anything adhesive on paintwork, anything trailing that could catch under a wheel, and confetti inside the cabin. If a florist is dressing the car, put them in touch with us beforehand rather than on the morning - it takes two minutes and avoids an argument at the worst possible time.
The guest problem nobody plans for
Most wedding transport planning covers the couple and the party, and stops there - which leaves guests to drive unfamiliar rural roads at night after a reception. A hotel-to-venue shuttle doing two runs each way is the single change that most reduces the risk of the day, and it usually costs less than couples expect. For destination venues in Muskoka or Niagara-on-the-Lake we would treat it as essential rather than optional.
