Chauffeurs, not drivers
Every chauffeur is licensed for commercial passenger transport, insured, background-checked and trained on the routes they work. They dress in business attire, they know where the doors are at Pearson, and they do not discuss passengers.
A fleet that is actually maintained
Late-model sedans, SUVs, executive vans, Sprinters, stretch limousines and coaches, inspected on schedule and detailed before every job. Vehicles pictured on this site are representative of class; the exact car is confirmed on your booking.
Prices agreed before you travel
You see the fare before you confirm, and the confirmation is the contract. Extras that depend on the trip - tolls, waiting beyond the allowance, extra stops - are itemised so nothing appears from nowhere.
Dispatch that answers
Reservations and dispatch are reachable around the clock, every day of the year. If a flight diverts at 2am, somebody picks up.
How we work
Every trip is planned before it starts
A booking is not a dispatch instruction. Before a car leaves, somebody has checked the route for the hour it will actually be driven, confirmed the vehicle class against the passenger and luggage count, checked whether the flight is on time and made sure the chauffeur knows which door at which terminal.
That is unremarkable when everything goes to plan. It is the entire difference when it does not - when the flight diverts, the meeting overruns, or fifteen centimetres of snow arrives between the booking and the pickup.
We are members of the Limousine Worldwide Directory and the Limousine Association International, which commits us to their standards on licensing, insurance, vehicle safety and chauffeur conduct - and gives our clients a vetted operator at the far end of an outbound trip.

What we actually do, and where
We are a chauffeured ground-transport operator working the Greater Toronto Area and the wider region: airport transfers, corporate travel, weddings, celebrations and group movements, from every municipality on the areas we serve list and through all seven of the airports that serve this region. The fleet page sets out the vehicles; the FAQ answers most of what people ask before booking.
Licensing and accountability
Vehicles for hire operating in Toronto are licensed by the City under its vehicle-for-hire regime, and we hold commercial insurance appropriate to passenger carriage. That is a fair thing to ask any operator to confirm, and the answer should arrive in writing with your booking rather than as reassurance on a phone call. Our own commitments — waiting allowances, minimums, cancellation windows — are stated in the terms before you pay, not afterwards.
