Mercedes Sprinter Van with Driver in the Greater Toronto Area
Executive Mercedes-Benz Sprinter hire with a professional chauffeur across Toronto and the GTA, for corporate roadshows, delegations, film crews, sports groups and long Ontario transfers.
Chauffeured, not self-drive
This is the distinction most searches miss. A rental counter gives you the keys and the liability; we give you the vehicle with a licensed, insured, background-checked chauffeur who knows the route. For groups moving around a city they do not know - or drinking, or working in transit - the chauffeured version is the only one that makes sense.
What an executive conversion actually means
Captain seating rather than bench rows, work tables, power throughout, climate control and standing headroom. Fourteen passengers with luggage behind. It is the reason we use these for investor roadshows and plant tours out to Cambridge and Kitchener - the travel time becomes working time.
Where a Sprinter beats the alternatives
Against four sedans: one pickup, one fare, one vehicle to find afterwards, and the group arrives together. Against a coach: it fits in a hotel forecourt and a downtown loading bay, and it does not need a coach staging area. The crossover sits at roughly six passengers - the maths is in our group travel guide.
Typical bookings
Airport transfers for delegations landing on one flight, conference shuttles, fan groups heading to BMO Field or Scotiabank Arena, wedding party transport, and Niagara wine tours for a group of ten or more.
Booking and minimums
Executive vans and Sprinters carry a five-hour minimum on hourly work. Airport and point-to-point transfers are normally exempt. Live pricing for your date and group size is in the booking engine.
A chauffeured Sprinter is not a rental van
Worth stating plainly, because the search term is ambiguous: this is a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter with a professional chauffeur, not a vehicle you collect and drive yourself. If what you need is a self-drive cargo or passenger van, a rental company is the right call and we will say so. What we operate is an executive Sprinter - captain's chairs or an executive layout, climate control, power and luggage capacity, with a driver.
Why groups of eight to fourteen pick it
Above six passengers an SUV runs out of room once luggage is involved, and below fifteen a mini-coach is more vehicle than the group needs. The Sprinter fills exactly that gap, and it does it in business dress: everyone faces forward, everyone can talk, and there is genuine luggage space behind the last row rather than bags on laps. It is the default vehicle for a visiting team landing at Pearson with cases, and for a roadshow moving between meetings across the city.

Corporate roadshows and multi-stop days
A Sprinter booked hourly with the chauffeur on standby is the right structure for a day with several meetings, because it removes the whole problem of parking, re-booking and waiting between stops. Give us the itinerary the night before and the day runs without anyone in the group thinking about transport. For delegations and conference groups, one Sprinter usually replaces three cars and reads far better on arrival.
Luggage, airports and the honest capacity
Fourteen passengers and fourteen large suitcases do not fit in one Sprinter, whatever a capacity table implies. Tell us the bag count as well as the headcount and we will tell you honestly whether it is one vehicle or two - it is a much cheaper conversation before the day than at the curb. For sports kit, instrument cases or trade-show materials, say so at booking; those change the answer more than passenger numbers do.
Weddings, tours and the non-corporate uses
The Sprinter also does the work nobody photographs: moving the wedding party and the parents between venues, running a wine-country group through Niagara, shuttling guests between a hotel and a reception, or carrying a family to the airport at five in the morning without anyone being uncomfortable. It is the least glamorous vehicle in the fleet and, for a lot of trips, the most useful.
Layouts differ, so ask which one you are getting
Executive Sprinters are converted in several configurations: forward-facing rows, captain's chairs with a centre aisle, or a lounge layout with facing seats and a table. They seat different numbers and suit completely different trips - a facing layout is excellent for a working group and poor for a long airport run with luggage. Tell us what the journey is for and we will assign the layout that fits rather than whatever is nearest.
Power, connectivity and working while you move
For corporate work the practical questions are power outlets, whether there is a table surface, and whether the cabin is quiet enough for a call. A Sprinter is genuinely usable as a moving office in a way a sedan is not, and for a group travelling between two meetings that hour is often the most productive of the day. Confirm what you need at booking so we assign a vehicle that has it.
Accessibility and passengers who need more room
Sprinters have a high roof and a low step, which makes them the easiest vehicle in the fleet for passengers with limited mobility, elderly travellers and anyone who finds getting in and out of a low car difficult. If someone in the party uses a walker or needs assistance boarding, say so at booking - it changes which vehicle we send and how much time the chauffeur allows.
