I. General terms

Submitting an online reservation creates a booking with GTABlackLimousine.com and binds you to these terms. By submitting a reservation you confirm that you are the cardholder of the payment card provided, or that you are authorised by the cardholder, and you authorise us to charge that card for the services requested including taxes, surcharges, gratuity and any other fees associated with the reservation.

You confirm that you are aware of the charges associated with your reservation, either because you obtained a full price quotation beforehand or because you accepted the published online rate including any hourly minimum, taxes, gratuities and surcharges.

A reservation is a booking, not a price-quote request. To request a quotation without committing, use the contact form or call 1-877-508-3344. Once your reservation is processed you will receive a trip confirmation by email; please review it and confirm that the details and charges are correct. Until you receive that confirmation, the reservation is not complete and no vehicle will be dispatched.

Where a change is made to a reservation, a new confirmation may be issued, and each new copy must be authorised by you when requested.

II. Cancellations and changes

Unless the routing details on your trip confirmation state otherwise, the cancellation deadline for all services is 30 days before the service date. Some services — including proms, holidays and large conventions — may be non-refundable once reserved. Your trip confirmation states the policy that applies to your booking.

Reservations made after the cancellation deadline remain subject to the same policy and may be non-refundable from the moment they are made. Once the deadline has passed, the full amount charged may be non-refundable.

III. Hourly minimums

The following minimums apply to most services, with exceptions for some airport, cruise-port, rail-station and point-to-point transfers unless your trip confirmation states otherwise.

Travel time between the company garage and the pickup or drop-off location may be billed in 30-minute increments in addition to the stated minimums. In some cases, and solely at the company's discretion, travel time may be waived.

IV. Charges, overtime and liability

A quoted base rate may not include charges incurred during the trip itself, including additional stops, waiting time, tolls, parking, travel or garage time, and early or late pickup or drop-off fees.

Reservations running beyond the reserved hours may be charged overtime rounded to the next full hour, plus gratuity, tax, fuel and other applicable surcharges. Overtime runs from the drop-off time stated on the reservation document. The client is financially liable for time spent in traffic where that causes the trip to exceed the reserved hours.

For airport pickups, where a flight number is provided, we monitor the flight and plan arrival against the scheduled arrival time. Waiting-time allowances apply to domestic and international arrivals; waiting beyond the stated allowance may be billed.

The company is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter. The company is not responsible for delays or termination of service caused by weather, traffic, construction or road conditions, and is not liable for missed flights, meetings or appointments resulting from such delays. The company's maximum liability is limited to the full amount of the reserved services described in the trip charges.

The company is not responsible for articles left in a vehicle, or lost or stolen during the performance of services.

V. Conduct and vehicles

• By submitting a reservation you accept full financial liability for damage to the vehicle caused during the rental by you or any member of your party.
• Smoking is not permitted in any vehicle. Violations are subject to a minimum $500 penalty.
• Vehicles may not be loaded beyond seating capacity.
• Consumption of alcohol by passengers under the legal drinking age is illegal and is not permitted under any circumstances.
• If any law or company rule is broken during a trip, the chauffeur has full authority to terminate the trip immediately, without prior notice and without refund.

Vehicles pictured on this website are for illustration. The actual vehicle supplied may differ in size, capacity, make, model, year and design unless a specific vehicle is stated in your trip confirmation. Passenger capacities are general maximum loads, and substitution of a similar vehicle may occur where appropriate. The company reserves the right to upgrade a reserved vehicle with or without notice, and to use affiliated or unaffiliated operators to provide the requested service.

VI. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in it.
