Every arrival is monitored against the airline's own feed. Give us the flight number at booking and the pickup adjusts itself: if you land ninety minutes late, the chauffeur arrives ninety minutes later, and you are not charged waiting time the airline caused. If you land early, the car is already there.
Curbside or meet and greet
Curbside on the arrivals level is the default and the quickest way out of a busy terminal. Meet and greet puts the chauffeur inside arrivals with a name board and gets your bags carried - the right call for a first visit, an elderly passenger, an unaccompanied minor, or a client you want received properly.
Departures
Pickup times are calculated from your address, terminal, airline and the hour of day rather than a flat rule. We would rather you waited comfortably airside than watched a departure board from the 427.
Winter
Between December and March we quote earlier pickups on the same flights and assign SUVs by default in the hill and escarpment areas. More on winter airport travel.
