Chauffeured travel in Toronto
Canada's largest city and the centre of everything we do - the financial district, the entertainment district, the hospital row on University Avenue and every airport run in and out of them.
- Downtown pickups are quoted from the actual block, not the postal code - the difference between King and Front at 5pm is real.
- We hold the standard drop points for Scotiabank Arena, Rogers Centre, Roy Thomson Hall and the Metro Toronto Convention Centre.
- Billy Bishop is frequently the faster airport from a Bay Street address, and we will say so when it is.

Airports from Toronto
Which airport actually suits you from downtown Toronto
The default assumption is Pearson, and for most international routes it is right. But from a Bay Street or King West address, Billy Bishop is frequently the better airport on total door-to-door time - the terminal sits at the foot of Bathurst Street and you are through the pedestrian tunnel in minutes, where the same journey to Pearson crosses the Gardiner and the 427 at whatever speed the afternoon allows. For US domestic flights, we quote Buffalo surprisingly often; the two-hour drive plus a border crossing still lands cheaper than the equivalent routing out of Pearson for a family of four. We will tell you which one we would take, including when the answer costs us the longer fare.
Where a car can legally stop downtown
Toronto's core is a patchwork of no-stopping zones, streetcar right-of-ways, bike lanes and PATH entrances, and the difference between a smooth pickup and a circling driver is knowing which side of the tower to use. King, Queen, Dundas and College all carry streetcars, which means the curb lane is not always available at rush hour. Front Street outside Union is controlled almost continuously. We ask for the building name rather than the postal code precisely because the tower determines the door, and the chauffeur will message you which entrance to come out of rather than leaving you scanning a line of black sedans.

The neighbourhoods we work most
The financial district generates the weekday volume - client visits, roadshows and airport runs from the bank towers. Yorkville and Bloor Street West drive the evening and hotel work. Liberty Village, King West and the Distillery District are the restaurant and event pickups. The Beaches, Leaside and Rosedale are largely family airport travel. Each has its own quirk: the Distillery is pedestrian-only inside, so we drop at Mill Street and collect on Parliament; Yorkville hotel forecourts are controlled and the doorman decides where a car waits.
When Toronto gets difficult, and what we do about it
Three patterns account for most of our delay risk. Weekday afternoons on the Gardiner eastbound from about three o'clock. Major event days at Scotiabank Arena, the Rogers Centre and Exhibition Place, when the surrounding blocks lock up before and after. And the September TIFF fortnight, when King Street closes entirely and the drop-off geography changes daily. On all three we build the buffer in rather than hoping, and on event nights we agree the collection point a couple of streets clear so the car can actually reach you.

The rest of the trip, booked in one place
We are partnered with BookingWorldwide.net for flights, hotels, resorts, activities, packages and car rentals — so the chauffeur at this end and everything at the far end can be arranged together.
