Meeting someone at Pearson: how meet and greet actually works
When to pay for meet and greet rather than curbside - first-time visitors, senior travellers, unaccompanied minors, and clients whose first impression is the person holding the board.

Curbside and meet and greet are different products
Curbside means the car meets you outside the terminal on the arrivals level - fast, cheaper, and the right default for a traveller who knows Pearson. Meet and greet means the chauffeur parks, walks inside, and waits at the arrivals door with a name board, then carries your bags to the car.
Who it is actually for
A first visit to Canada after fifteen hours in the air. A parent or grandparent travelling alone. An unaccompanied minor, with the airline's release paperwork arranged in advance. And any client or candidate whose first impression of your organisation is whoever is standing at that door. Those are the cases where the supplement earns itself.
What is included in the supplement
Terminal parking and the chauffeur's time inside the building. There is nothing to settle with the chauffeur and no parking receipt to reimburse - it is a fixed amount shown in your quote. Give us the passenger's name at booking for the board.
International arrivals and the customs unknown
The gap between landing and appearing in arrivals is unpredictable on an international flight, and it is exactly when a nervous traveller most wants to see their name. Because the trip is flight-monitored, the chauffeur is in position before the aircraft is on stand, however long customs takes.
It works at the other airports too
The same service runs at Billy Bishop, Hamilton and the cross-border fields at Buffalo and Niagara Falls, New York. Details are on the meet and greet page, and you can add it when you book.

The rest of the trip, booked in one place
We are partnered with BookingWorldwide.net for flights, hotels, resorts, activities, packages and car rentals — so the chauffeur at this end and everything at the far end can be arranged together.
