Building a wedding transport timeline that survives contact with the day
Working backwards from the ceremony, how many cars you actually need, guest shuttles, and the buffer that stops photographs eating the reception.

Work backwards from the ceremony time
Everything on a wedding day is anchored to one fixed point: the moment the ceremony starts. From there you work backwards - photographs, the couple's departure, the wedding party, the parents, hair and makeup finishing. Working forwards from the morning produces a plan that drifts by twenty minutes before eleven o'clock and never recovers.
Count the cars honestly
A typical GTA wedding needs more vehicles than couples expect: one for the couple, one for the wedding party, often one for each set of parents and grandparents, and a shuttle if the ceremony and reception are in different municipalities. A stretch limousine takes ten. A mini coach takes twenty-four and costs less per head than four sedans.
Guest shuttles solve two problems at once
If your reception has a bar and your venue has a parking lot, you have a drink-driving problem waiting to happen. A shuttle loop between the hotel block and the venue removes it entirely, and it also stops the reception starting forty minutes late because half the guests are still looking for parking in Vaughan.
Photographs always take longer than the plan
The photographer's list, the walk from the car to the location, the group shots nobody remembered - one hour on paper is ninety minutes in practice. Build the slack in deliberately rather than discovering it. If the photographs finish early, the couple gets twenty quiet minutes alone, which is not a bad outcome.
Put one person in charge of transport
Not the couple. On the day, the couple should not be answering questions about where the second car is. Nominate one person - a planner, a sibling, a friend with a clipboard - and give the operator their number. Every chauffeur then has one contact, and the couple has none.

The rest of the trip, booked in one place
We are partnered with BookingWorldwide.net for flights, hotels, resorts, activities, packages and car rentals — so the chauffeur at this end and everything at the far end can be arranged together.
